Hullo!

Sign Ups are a little late this month as we have been busy with holiday festivities. This month we have two concerts and two rehearsals.

Here is the first,

Winterstock 2015

Event  - Winterstock TSO14, Silver Deep Mine, Ice Lake. Near Thorins Gate.

Date - Rehearsal: Sat 10th January TSO Kin House 2.00pm ST (5 Long St, Conholt, Bree).

Date - The TSO are invited to play on January Saturday 17th at 2.00pm Server Time. (We meet at 1.30pm).

Outfits - TSO Formal Wear -

Gentlemen in Black Extravagant Robes, Black Top Hats and Black Footware. Corulin has permission to wear flowers only if they match the ladies formal wear. (Look in TSO Kin Hall chest for spare Gents items and Black Dye).

Ladies: White Long Sleeved Dress. You have the option to wear Flowers, Circlets or a Summer Days hat in Evendim Blue with a Plain Cloak in Evendim Blue. Shoulders are optional but please again in Evendim Blue. (Please ask for dyes if you need them).

Theme: The History of Classical Music

There are 14 places in this event in the TSO.

What will we play?  The best and most entertaining arrangements at my disposal. I would love to play music by other TSO members but I will put the quality of the music first as well as the theme of the event.

By signing up you agree to keep one or both eyes on raid chat if it is possible. If you have to go afk please leave a note in the raid chat. Lets try and avoid the booboo's -  I know sometimes they are unavoidable and a part of music grouping. Even I have a problem keeping Booboo free, as you all know.

Please come to both rehearsal and event. I would have liked to have had more time to rehearse but we have to work with what we have.

Another note on raid chat -  A joke and a laugh is lovely while we are gathered, but please put the operational process of the performance first and the chatting for when we have established the song is working well and we do not need a restart.

If your not signed up, I consider you unavailable for the performance. If your signed up I accept that a personal emergency may keep you from us. We will have db'ers primed to jump in at the last moment if this happens.

I can commit both Hollyberye and Strawberrystar to the performance.  Really looking forward to it!

I am committing to the rehearsal as well with both, but my son has been unable to tell me what time his matinee performance is for a one-act festival he is in.  I think I will be at the rehearsal for sure at the start time, but might have to leave a bit early if our rehearsal runs long.  I will let you know when I am informed (always last to be told ;-)...)

Larkfeather would like to participate if you'll have her. She'll be leaving a Crickhollow concert about 30 minutes early in order to make the 2PM rehearsal on the 10th and so may be running a few moments late.

With all Crickhollow musicians I allow a ten minute grace period for transitioning from your other events, performances and rehearsals.

If I know to expect you, I will wait for you! Please do not break any engagements or cut short anything for us.

Can you assure me you will keep an eye on this thread for any event instruction or musician standing positions layout?

I would prefer people to attend the rehearsal, I'd like to at least to go through outfit checking and positions more than 30 minutes before we are due to perform.

I don't want to exclude anyone but I wish to attain a certain standard of polish for this 1st Anniversary of The Starlight Orchestra.

As much as I would love for you to join us, your client is not as keen on classical music :) Please let me know when it is more stable. I really hope you get these issues resolved soon.
