As requested, here is my shout out that Hollyberye and Strawberrystar are both ready for the Tolkien event, with the music files updated (really!) and costumes selected--and Strawbs is even standing on the Hill already!

I think on songs 4, 5 and 8, Strawberrystar could take Bits part, if there is not another musician.

To confirm the venue: On top of Bag End where the Old Summer fest Hobbit Races were.

Holly is correct Green and Rose formalish, nothing flashy as we have to keep it and ourselves dignified!

We will be making a mega raid with OW to smooth the transition between bands.

Would it be possible to make the old Announcement threads turn into normal threads so that they don't stay on top? It's hard to tell what's new and what's old without reading through all the titles :)
