This Sign Up thread is to provide music for an event hosted by The Windy Acres Ranch at a Solve A Mystery Event on the 25th October.

We will be pairing up possibly with some members of the Remediators.

This sign up is for the Rehearsal and the Event.

 

Edit: Minimum number of musicians required - Eight.

 

Rehearsal Details:

Date: 18th October

Time: 2.00pm Server Time

Location: Behind the Prancing Pony.

 

Event Details:

Date: 25th October

Time: 3.30pm Server Time

Location: 9 Chestnut Street, Raglan, Bree Homes.

 

It is helpful if you can sign up for both as it helps me to organise who plays which instrument but I am not overly strict on this matter.

I have not heard about costume yet but will pass along details as soon as I have them. I think we are a pit band so maybe Black formals is the way to proceed.

I am not certain how many musicans are needed but will assemble the music into spread sheet form within a few days to have this information for you all. I do know there are small pieces and larger pieces but not more than 14 players will be needed at any one time.

Well, I can attend the rehearsal, however I will not be available for the event itself (I have to work that Saturday).  :(  So, if you are unable to get enough for the rehearsal, let me know, but the real event is just a no-go for me.

Hello Musicians,

 

I have more rehearsal details for you all.

The set links have been published, if you have any difficulty with downloading the set please get in touch with me asap.

For the rehearsal we are testing all the files work and the parts are balanced.

I have two main Phantom themes to compare with each other as I have yet to decide which I like best at the moment. I will probably put it to the vote.

Please download the set and have a listen to the music if you have the time in your busy schedules.

The music for this event is being provided by us (TSO14) and by The Remediators. They have invited us to join them, if any one wants to play with the other band I will be providing more details of their set as soon as it is available to me. (Leave a comment below this if you would like to be considered for a place).

The TSO will be providing the music for the Auction - This will be a classical set of works by Mozart.

As the Auction draws to a close our music will switch to the selection from the Phantom of the Opera Musical. We play until the event itself begins.

The reveal and end of event music are in the safe hands of The Remediators.

Hello Everyone,

I know I was only going to replace two pieces but in the end it is easier to delete the old file and add the new one. (Links in the Member Link Menus).

Please don't get this confused with the other Bugginses Band event this weekend, the rehearsal for Horrorfest by TSO14.

Members of this musical group have been invited to have a pre-event look at the decor inside 9 Chestnut St Raglan (Bree). This could be inspirational to those costume decisions.

 

I hope to see you all at 3.30-3.45pm, inside the property. (The Remediators will be playing a pre event set outside WAR).

I will be calling each song with all parts but I will be keeping folks to the same instruments we played at rehearsal.
