Hey folks,

As I said to someone before, I have no clue as to who it is as I am quite run ragged this week.

I have made the alterations needed for the full Water/Sea themed concert but I seriously doubt we will get the hands so tomorrow when I am back from mountain climbing I will assemble a 7-9 part set of classical Mozart/Weber type music.

My near future seems to hold even more busy times so I doubt I will be free to wage the type of campaign needed to drag in numbers or even stand a chance to compete with Laurelin events. With this in mind (and from past experience) it has always been my aim just to chill and whom ever comes to hear us, even if it is just one person is worth playing for.

To stand a chance of winning that typeof audience we'd need a serious rethink as to where and when we play, even considering a server move may proove useful. - Which is just not me so lets carry on as usual for now and see what happens over the next few months. I'll take a serious look at the calendars and have a long think about our future.

The Brandy Badgers are also doing their spring project, "Ziggy Piecrust and the Badgers to the Stars", on Saturday starting at 7:30pm BST, 20:30 CEST, 2:30pm server. This overlaps with our event and could well draw away a large part of the potential audience. Might it be an idea to postpone the concert for a week?

I do agree that it will draw away most of the potential audience, and it is being very well-advertised.  If we did postpone, maybe we could advertise more plus pin down the community classical contributors who were going to be part of the EPO at this special show?  I'm just worried, the music deserves an audience.

(Let me add that on the 22nd of April I will be tied up all day on Laurlin at a RP and musical event.)

Dear Friends,

Now I am hoping to amass a multitude of musicians for this saturday. Let me know if your free and if your willing to double box. It'd would be great if we can play the set that people have sent to me. I'll be sending some info out to social media to try and encourage guest participants. I'll also provide a set for 7 just incase we can't fine the help.

Details:

The Lore Hall, Landroval. 2.00pm server time (est)

Gents wear formals in black please and ladies gowns in a shade of blue, or greeny-blue of your choice. I'll also take silver-blue gowns.

As the theme is water I wanted to keep within that colour scheme.

We have an hours worth of music.. We may over run a teeny bit.
