Hey folks,

As I said to someone before, I have no clue as to who it is as I am quite run ragged this week.

I have made the alterations needed for the full Water/Sea themed concert but I seriously doubt we will get the hands so tomorrow when I am back from mountain climbing I will assemble a 7-9 part set of classical Mozart/Weber type music.

My near future seems to hold even more busy times so I doubt I will be free to wage the type of campaign needed to drag in numbers or even stand a chance to compete with Laurelin events. With this in mind (and from past experience) it has always been my aim just to chill and whom ever comes to hear us, even if it is just one person is worth playing for.

To stand a chance of winning that typeof audience we'd need a serious rethink as to where and when we play, even considering a server move may proove useful. - Which is just not me so lets carry on as usual for now and see what happens over the next few months. I'll take a serious look at the calendars and have a long think about our future.

Hey Free Folk,

This is just a heads up as to what to expect from me for the next few months.

At this moment I am arranging new songs, after making a good many of these I will begin resorting the songbooks and re-numbering the individual songs.

As soon as I have the books ready you can choose which you wish to download. I will post notices everywhere I am able.

The only change is that the music will be split by genre and the Classical arrangements will be split into Ensemble and Orchestra.

Here is which Buggins will be heading each group.

Ninikate Buggins - The Ninny Hammers - Pop, Jazz and Traditional - Meet 1st and 3rd Week of each month.

Outfits: Forest Green

Liliditty Buggins - The Bree Lore Hall Ensemble - 2-7 Part Classical Ensembles - Meet 2nd and 4th Week of each month.

Outfits: TBD

Lilikate Buggins - The Eriador Philharmonic Orchestra - Meet at special arrangement, probably in the ensemble timeslot. This group is open to other arrangers in LOTRO who wish to share with us classical large arrangements based on a quarterly theme.

Outfits for Concert: Men in Black formals and Lady's in coloured gowns to match the season.

That's great, I am sure some Ninny's will grab your file.

I have decided not to download the file because I aim to be out front listening to all the arrangements to be able to make my decision about which is my favourite.

I have decided to throw caution and possible critisims to the wind, the Ninny's will be voting for the BT Song Award and our choice will be a vote from all band members.

(CLARITY: All Band Leaders will have 1 vote, I always expected The Ninny Hammers to have 1 vote too!

As I am already picking my personal favourite in the Buggins Boast I thought it would be nice to get to our Song Award vote by polling the Ninny's. I feel I can rely on you all to be unbiased in your choices and vote in respect to the arrangement only. If you hate this idea, speak up and I will change it! Remember this is my first time hosting this event and I am still feeling out the best rules and regulations as we go.)

I will be picking my personal fav for the Buggins Boost. I know I have said other things before, like I would be polling the group to help me vote for the Boost award but I have changed my mind. I would like to be unswayed by any views but my own on the Boast Award and refer to the Ninnys for the Song Award.

I will just go by which arrangement I think is best, no matter if it is an arrangement of a total stranger or one of you guys.

I have been debating what to do for the best for some time in light of being percieved as picking a friend, because they are a friend. Being scared to be seen as biased. But today I think I feel more strongly than ever that I am going to judge each song on it's own merits and go with my gut feeling.

I am hoping that the three awards will be presented to different bands! but you know stuff happens, they may be a clear winner in the mix.

Also I won't listen to New's arrangement until it is played live tomorrow.

Sorry for waffling! but just had to set these things down while I have the thoughts in my head.

Dear Free People,

After a little exploration of my options I have decided to run a public poll for The Blue Theatre Song Contest.

This Poll will be linked to a People's Choice Award.

It will run starting from the close of the last competing song for a period of one week.

The winners of The Peoples Choice Award although not able to be handed their trophy on the night of the contest, but will be visited by Lilikate Buggins to make the announcement at a venue and or event of their choice.

A quick speech and photo opportunity will follow to enable posts and articles to be written to report their achievement.

More details will be announced at a future time.
